I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Click the "Login" button in the navigation menu, then click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address, and we will instantly send you a secure reset link.
How do I unlock a specific module?
If a module shows as "Locked" on your dashboard, you can unlock it instantly by clicking the button on the course card and purchasing an access plan through our secure Stripe portal.
Is this the actual Prometric test?
No. We are an independent training portal. While our simulator is designed to look, feel, and function exactly like the real Prometric software, you must book your actual certification exam at the official Prometric testing center.
Why are some questions marked as "Research"?
The real ASE exam contains 10 unscored research questions mixed randomly into the test. We replicate this exactly so you get used to the stamina required for a full 65-question exam.
