Fraud Protection Policy
To ensure the highest quality of service for our legitimate students and to protect our intellectual property, ASE Collision Test Prep strictly enforces the following anti-fraud measures.
1. Account Sharing Prevention
All ASE Collision Test Prep accounts are provisioned for single-user access only. Our system actively monitors geographic IP logins, device fingerprints, and concurrent session states.
- Concurrent Logins: If an account is logged into from multiple devices simultaneously, the oldest session will be automatically terminated.
- Commercial Sharing: If our automated security flags indicate an account is being commercially shared across a shop floor or classroom without an Enterprise License, the account will be permanently banned.
2. Anti-Scraping & Data Mining
Our database of 1,250+ questions, explanations, and flashcards is proprietary intellectual property. We employ advanced rate-limiting and behavior analysis to detect non-human traffic.
- Bots and Scrapers: Any use of automated scripts, spiders, or extensions to mass-download or scrape our test banks will result in an immediate, automated IP ban.
- Copyright Enforcement: We actively issue DMCA takedowns against websites, forums, or document-sharing platforms that illegally host our proprietary mock exams.
3. Payment Fraud & Chargebacks
We work directly with Stripe’s Radar fraud prevention network to evaluate the risk score of every transaction.
- Stolen Cards: Transactions flagged as high-risk by Stripe will be automatically declined.
- Friendly Fraud (Chargebacks): Because our service delivers immediate, unhindered access to digital goods, all sales are final. If a user maliciously initiates a chargeback after utilizing the service, their account will be permanently blacklisted across our network.
4. Enforcement Actions
Violation of these policies undermines the integrity of our platform and harms legitimate students. If an account is found in violation of our Terms of Use or Fraud Protection Policy:
The account will be permanently deactivated immediately, and no refunds will be issued. In severe cases of intellectual property theft, we reserve the right to pursue civil damages.
