Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our platform.
These Terms of Service govern your use of ASE Collision Test Prep (asecollisiontestprep.com), operated by Collision Repair Test Prep LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us").
By registering for an account and utilizing the ASE Collision Test Prep platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
All content on the website and in the app, including but not limited to the simulator algorithms, question banks, detailed explanations, digital flashcards, terminology glossaries, lessons and design, is the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Mario Hernandez and ASE Collision Test Prep. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, screenshotting, or mirroring of our database is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.
Account watermarking. Protected materials displayed in your account (including practice questions and Academy lessons) are digitally watermarked with information that identifies your account. Any leaked, shared, screenshotted, or redistributed material can therefore be traced back to the account responsible, and that account will be permanently banned and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We take accuracy seriously. Our lessons, practice questions and explanations are written against current industry practice, published standards and manufacturer procedures, and we check them against those sources rather than relying on memory.
Even so, this material is written by people, the trade changes, and vehicle makers revise their procedures. Some content may be incorrect or may go out of date. Nothing on this site replaces the vehicle manufacturer's own repair information, which always governs the actual repair, or the current ASE test content, which ASE controls and can change.
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your personal study use. Under this license, you may NOT:
Violation of these rules will trigger our automated Fraud Protection systems, resulting in an immediate and permanent account ban without refund.
Screenshots and screen recording. While practice questions, lessons, quizzes or their pictures are on screen, you may not take screenshots, record the screen, mirror or share the screen (for example AirPlay or a video call), or photograph the screen with another device. This applies on the website and in the iPhone app. In the iPhone app, every screenshot and screen recording the app detects is logged to your account and counts toward the limits below, on any screen in the app, not only the questions, lessons and quizzes. Your name and email are printed across the question, lesson, quiz and results screens, and when the phone reports the screen is being recorded, mirrored or shared, the app covers itself in black until it stops. Every purchase is a one-time payment for a set number of days. Nothing renews automatically; you are charged once for the time block you select.
Purchases in the iPhone app are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. You can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Purchases on the website are processed securely by Stripe. Because the service grants immediate access to our complete proprietary database and intellectual property, website sales are final once access has been granted.
The Manager Dashboard (for shops) and the Instructor Dashboard (for schools) are the same product under two names. Either one lets a shop manager or an instructor create groups and see the study progress of the people who join them. It does not open any ASE questions, flashcards or Academy lessons. Each member needs their own access to the ASE test they are studying for.
30 days is a one-time payment for 30 days. Buying it again before it ends adds 30 days from the current end date. When it ends, the group pages lock and join codes stop accepting new people, but no group and no member's progress is deleted, and every member keeps their own access. Buying again restores the groups as they were.
Lifetime is a one-time payment with no expiry date. It belongs to the account that bought it, for as long as that account exists and the site operates. It cannot be transferred to another person or account, and it does not entitle the holder to a refund if the service later changes or ends.
Members. Nobody is added to a group without entering its join code. Joining is the member's consent for the group's owner to see their study progress, and for others in the same group to see their name and accuracy. A member can leave a group at any time, and their progress record for that group is removed when they do.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the platform (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time to ensure the highest quality of service and accuracy of test preparation materials.
